WAUSEON, OH | 2019 Chevrolet BlazerDecember 23, 2022I have been disappointed with the service dept my last few visits ! We wrote phone number to call when car was finished … never received a call … I called there … was told no one was back there , we also asked them to do all needed maintenance/service since I work full time and don’t want multiple service appt … wd then get an email video with several things recommended to get checked …1 being the cabin air filter was pulled out to show how dirty but didn’t replace it … and have to make several more appt to “fix” things … when I go to get my car they are standing around talking in bay …I know all prices for things have increased but 87.00 for oil change /tire rotation is a bit much… I may not be returning for service work any time soon … and I am sad about that since we have been customers there for over 20 years :(Response from Don's Chevrolet GMC
